If you are new to our practice, please call our office manager to schedule an initial appointment. If you leave a voice message, she will promptly return your call. During the weekdays, your message will be returned within the same day if you call prior to 5:00 p.m. or unless otherwise noted on the office greeting. Messages left on Friday evening will be returned the following business day.
During your initial call with her, she will gather information regarding you and/or your child. She will provide you with information regarding the availability of the various associates and schedule your initial appointment. Additionally, a phone consultation with the associate will be scheduled prior to the initial appointment. This will allow you to speak directly to the associate that you will be working with. During the scheduled phone consultation, the associate will ask you a series of questions to ensure that they will be able to address your concerns. Furthermore, any detailed questions regarding treatment, frequency of appointments, communication, etc. will be discussed at that time.
